**We create public services that work for everyone**

====================================================

**dxw is here to make people’s lives better.**

**We’re specialists in working with the public sector and charities to achieve better outcomes for citizens and businesses.**

What we do

----------

We’re best known for building high quality digital products and services that meet the needs of the people who rely on them, and the teams that deliver them.

We know that sustainable change is about more than good technology. So we approach projects holistically, helping organisations transform how they work.

We’ve made it our job to fix some of the really difficult stuff. We’re experts in tackling the legacy technology that makes it hard to provide joined up services – or take advantage of AI.

Who we work with

----------------

We work across the public and third sectors with particular expertise in Education, Justice, Housing and Planning, and supporting the Digital Centre of government.

We’re proud that our work helps some of the most vulnerable members of society.

Who we are

----------

Established in 2008, we’re a multidisciplinary team of strategy, design, technology and delivery specialists. With an extended network of expert friends and partners.

Together we have decades of experience operating effectively within the nuances and complexity of our public services.

How we work

-----------

We look to add value early and often, rapidly researching, testing, learning and delivering. We have the agility that comes from being a medium sized business, so we’re able to pivot quickly to get things done.

We’re firm believers that working in the open makes things better. You’ll find our code on [GitHub](https://github.com/dxw/), how we work in our [Playbook](http://playbook.dxw.com/), and what we’re up to on our [Blog](https://www.dxw.com/blog/).

A different way of doing business

---------------------------------

When we became [employee owned](https://www.dxw.com/employee-owned/), we committed ourselves to working in the best interests of service users and our staff.

Our independence means we invest a lot in our teams. It also means our values are closely aligned with our public sector clients. Talented people come to dxw to work on meaningful things.

> A wonderful team of digital experts, fixed on delivering the needs of the users. Talented, flexible and responsive, I really enjoyed working with dxw and so do my colleagues who have worked with them as part of their team
