The DNS Privacy project is a collaborative, open project aimed at promoting, implementing, and deploying DNS Privacy. The project seeks to raise awareness of DNS privacy issues, empower users with DNS privacy tools and resources, advance DNS protocol standards to support DNS privacy, and work towards full support for DNS privacy in various open-source DNS implementations, including getdns, Unbound, NSD, BIND, PowerDNS, and Knot. The project also coordinates the deployment of DNS privacy services and documents operational practices. Numerous organizations and individuals, including Sinodun IT, NLnet Labs, SalesForce, Surftnet, NLnet Foundation, OTF, Stephane Bortzmeyer, and No Mountain Software, contribute to this project.
