**I am** the founder and lead developer of [cURL and libcurl](https://curl.se/). An internet protocol geek, an Open Source person and a developer.

**I participate** within the [IETF](http://www.ietf.org/), primarily in the HTTPbis and QUIC working groups.
**I speak** in public [every now and then](talks.html).
**I stream** [curl development on twitch](https://www.twitch.tv/curlhacker) occasionally.
**I work** [full-time on curl](job.html) from [home](workplace.html).
**I write** [weekly email reports](https://lists.haxx.se/listinfo/daniel) you can read. Almost like a newsletter.
