CERT-UA is the Computer Emergency Response Team of Ukraine, part of the State Special Communications and Information Protection Service of Ukraine. CERT-UA provides assistance and recommendations on countering cyber threats, and helps address the consequences of cyber incidents. The team works with government agencies, local authorities, and military formations to monitor and identify cyber threats, and gathers and analyzes data on cyber threats. CERT-UA also provides guidance on establishing two-factor authentication (2FA) for various messaging applications and information systems.
